Where are you now?

01

Your work no longer offers growth, but changing everything feels too risky.

02

You have broad experience, but struggle to explain your value to the market.

03

Several fields appeal to you, and each feels interesting and unfamiliar at once.

04

After a break, redundancy, or relocation, you need to rebuild professional confidence.

S02 · Route Split
Three Ways to Work Together

Support built around the decision—not a universal package

Choose the depth of support according to what is blocking progress: an unclear goal, limited market context, or the need to redefine your direction.

Career Coaching

For moments when a decision is close, but fear, competing priorities, or familiar patterns keep you stuck. The focus is clarity, independent choice, and sustainable action.

Starting point
You have options, but no decision
Checkpoint
Your next-step criteria are clear
Route C-044–8 sessions

Career Mentoring

When you need market perspective and direct feedback on positioning, your CV, portfolio, or search strategy—without a one-size-fits-all prescription.

Starting point
The goal is clear; context is missing
Checkpoint
Your value is credible to the market
Route M-033–6 sessions

Career Direction

We examine strengths, motivations, constraints, and the working conditions in which you thrive. The outcome is a set of testable routes—not one mythical “perfect calling.”

Starting point
Your direction is not yet named
Checkpoint
You have 2–3 role hypotheses

How We Work

No promises to “find your calling in one evening”

We do not publish fabricated testimonials, and we do not replace your judgement with ready-made advice. Instead, we work from three principles.

01

Your experience is not erased

Even when you change fields, you carry forward ways of thinking, solving problems, building relationships, and navigating complexity.

02

A hypothesis beats a fantasy

Every direction is tested through conversations, small projects, and market evidence before it demands a major investment of time or money.

03

You remain the decision-maker

A coach does not choose for you. We help you see blind spots, stay with complexity, and build a decision you can genuinely trust.

Common Questions

Before we meet

Type a keyword or open a question below. If your situation is not listed, send us a short note and we can clarify it before the first conversation.

A consultant usually recommends options based on their expertise. Coaching uses questions and structured tools to help you make a decision from your own criteria. At Muxirela, the formats can work together: coaching helps you choose, while mentoring checks that choice against the market.

Yes. Uncertainty is a valid starting point. We begin with your experience, preferred problems, environment, constraints, and sources of energy—not a list of job titles. From there, we turn observations into a small number of testable directions.

Not usually. We prefer low-risk career experiments: informational interviews, a short project, job shadowing, volunteering, or a focused learning module. A sudden move is treated as one option—not the default.

A focused decision may take one or two sessions. A change of direction typically takes four to eight sessions with practical work between them. We agree the right format after a free introductory conversation.

We help define your positioning, structure, and strongest evidence, then give detailed feedback and practical templates. The final language is best shaped together so it stays accurate, sounds like you, and is easy to use in an interview.
